Leadership Fairfax’s Teen Leaders program inspires and motivates high school juniors and seniors to gain self-awareness, develop communication and networking skills, and create meaningful connections with and learn from Fairfax County leaders. The workshop is offered three times a year - Winter, Spring and Summer. Through multiple dynamic workshops and experiential learning over two days, teens will learn more about themselves and their leadership styles and understand how to better collaborate with others to engage in their communities and achieve results. This program is available on a first come, first served basis. The workshop is hosted throughout the county and open to a max of 35 students.
